VPBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the VPBet website at vpbet.cash, or using any VPBet service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all VPBet members in Pakistan regardless of how they access the platform – desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method.

These terms are a binding legal agreement between you and VPBet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any VPBet service. 2. Eligibility & Registration

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Member. Each person is permitted to hold exactly one active VPBet account. VPBet's systems actively monitor for duplicate accounts and any accounts identified as duplicates will be immediately suspended. Balances and any pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

VPBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. VPBet does not accept any other payment method and will return funds received via non-approved methods after deducting any applicable processing costs.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on VPBet is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may require additional verification under VPBet's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified VPBet members are processed within a standard timeframe of 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). 5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by VPBet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all VPBet bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to wagering requirements being met.

VPBet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet placed in error, including bets placed during technical faults on the VPBet platform.

Game Disconnection. VPBet cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from a disconnection during an active game session caused by factors outside VPBet's control, including your internet connection, device failure, or network issues. For live dealer games, rounds that were already in progress when a disconnection occurs will be settled based on the actual outcome of the hand or round.

Void Bets. VPBet may void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, events being cancelled or postponed beyond specified limits, technical errors in game software, or bets placed in violation of these terms. In all void cases the original stake is returned to the member's VPBet balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VPBet and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent use of payment methods – including using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds on VPBet.
• Money laundering – using VPBet accounts to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or obscuring the origin of funds.
• Multi-accounting – operating more than one VPBet account under any name, mobile number, email, or payment method.
• Arbitrage and matched betting – systematically exploiting price differences across markets or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit while claiming VPBet bonuses.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

By VPBet. VPBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage.
• Engaging in any activity on the prohibited activities list in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• At the request of law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
• On reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Where an account is suspended for breach of terms, VPBet reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in the account if that balance was accumulated through activity that violated these terms. Where a suspension is precautionary and pending investigation, the balance will be held frozen until the investigation is resolved.

Before closure, any remaining balance in PKR will be returned to your registered payment method provided the account is in good standing and identity verification has been completed. Accounts with active bonuses subject to incomplete wagering will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.
